This is the last Thursday of classes and Thursday late night social dance in 2019.
To celebrate and to say thanks for another round and year of classes, there will be live music and drinks.

So come join us, and celebrate with your Hepcats class mates before the winter break.

Hepcats Copenhagen proudly presents, “Hepcats’ Sunday Swing” – the Copenhagen swing community’s social dancing Sunday hang-out.

It is not permitted to change footwear or clothes in the cafe – this is a business with clients – so please use the changing rooms or toilets. The staff at Indre By are in their full right to ask you to move to the changing rooms. Please respect the rules and respect the floors so that we can keep them perfect for dancing longer.

Lindy Syncopators og Hepcats præsenterer: Dance with the old Lindy Hop Masters

Lindy Hop er en dans der er kommet for at blive, det fejrer vi til denne fest. Vi starter med to seperate lektioner, én for de øvede og én for dem der aldrig har danset før.

De gamle lindy hoppere har givet os meget, og det er hvad vi vil fejre til denne fest. Det bliver en klassisk fest med live musik fra Lindy Syncopators og et dejligt trædansegulv, men med fejringen som kryderiet, der bygger bro til dem der skabte Lindy Hop, og altid vil være en del af dansen.

The Syncopators and Hepcats presents: Dance with the old Lindy Hop Masters

The Lindy Syncopators and Hepcats Copenhagen will collaborate once again to bring you another event in the series “The Syncopators & Hepcats presents” where the aim is not only to provide you with a great lindy hop party but also an event that spreads the history and culture of jazz music and dancing.

On the 11th of January we celebrate the ones who made it all possible, the great dancers who came before us. They made Lindy Hop fantastic, actually, they made Lindy Hop.

The Party will focus on them. We have some ideas, how to celebrate them, but if you have more, please share it with us. We plan to have sound clips, movie clips, stories, perhaps a talk and of course, the best way to celebrate the great lindy hoppers: to dance.

Update – Only 4 Late night tickets left (entrance from 23:00) – includes last set of band and DJ until 02:00!

Do not miss the fabulous The Schwings Band coming to entertain us from Vilnius, Lithuania.

This will be a night to remember and The Schwings Band know how to get the dance floor go crazy so do not miss this party – most likely the biggest one-night swing party in Copenhagen for a long time.
