Beginners’ youth & student fast track in Lindy Hop, an African American couple swing dance from the ’30s Harlem, NY. At a slightly higher pace, you will learn enough to dance with us at our social dances, continue on any of our B-levels, and be the sought-after dancer at the next student ball.

This particular course is only open to students and young people aged 26 or younger.

Gratis dansfest med Swing Salsa och Tango 2024

Årets stora dansfest är nu gratis och öppen för alla. Ålder blir 13 år plus. Det blir en intensiv blandning av Salsa, Lindy Hop (swing) och Tango, med överraskningar på scenen och på dansgolvet.

Vi börjar kvällen med workshops i respektive dans. Vi erbjuder tre omgångar med kurser (enligt schemat nedan) och ni har därför chansen att prova alla tre danserna. Efter kurserna fortsätter vi med dansgolv där vi blandar hejvilt salsa-, swing- och tangomusik i stora salen samt fusionsmusik, bachata och blues i baren.

Som del av vinterlund är det ingen föranmälan och fritt inträde

On Sunday, November 19th, Fast Feet Society is bringing back the fast tea dances. Join us in Kirseberg for a slightly faster evening, perfect for all us Balboa, Shag, and fast lindy lovers. We’ll have dancing and fika for you all afternoon.

Monday Night Swing | Lindy Hop | Social Dance 6/11

Come and swing-out with us every Monday in the big ballroom a.k.a. Gasquesalen at Kårhuset where our swing DJs play swing music while you just dance. At this social dance We mostly dance Lindy Hop but you can also find someone dancing Balboa. solo Jazz and Collegiate Shag.

New to Lindy Hop? There is no drop-in class tonight but just come and we will have someone spend a song showing you a move or two…. Also checkout our beginners’ weekends!

You are very welcome regardless of age, membership, dance ability, with or without a partner and if you are a student or not.
