Learn to dance Blues in Lund! (5 Sundays)

Are you interested but unsure if Blues is for you? We are already a lovely group registered, but we have a large venue and room for many more.

What is Blues dancing?
Blues dancing is a family of dances with African American roots danced to blues music. Curious what it looks like? Watch this video with Philippa & Vivien.
Level: This course is aimed both at those who have never danced the blues and want to learn the basics, AND those who have taken courses before and want to refine their skills. Our goal is to make you feel at home on the social dance floor.

Do I need a partner?
No partner? No problem! Join alone, as a couple, or with friends. We rotate partners in class. If you register late, you might end up on a waiting list – registering with a partner is a great way to get a spot faster! Read more about registration and queues here.
Quick Facts & Finding the Venue
- When: 5 Sundays starting February 22nd.
- Schedule:
- Class: 16:30 – 17:45
- Social dance (included): 17:45 – 18:45 (or a bit later…)
- Where: Lerbäckskolan, Öresundsvägen 2, Lund.
- Find us: We are in the Gymnasiums. Enter from the school yard (right side of the building).

- Shoes: Indoor shoes only. Strictly no outdoor shoes or black soles that leave marks on the floor. See shoe advice here.
- Bring: Water bottle and an extra shirt to stay fresh throughout the evening.
