A Lindy Hop and Solo Jazz Festival

A jazzy fall weekend in Malmö featuring live music, international instructors, and three nights of social dancing.

LIVE MUSIC

The Big Five feat. Nicolle Rochelle
Inspired by the hot sounds of 1930s and 40s Harlem and Chicago jazz, Berlin’s swing-era combo brings a horn-led frontline and dynamic arrangements to the main stage.

TEACHERS

  • Ari Beltran & Anders Sihlberg: Rhythmical interplay, historical knowledge, and technical precision.
  • Hyunjung Choi & Rikard Ekstrand: Expressive movement, improvisation, and connection on the floor.
  • Maria Mallan & Tamara Lobato: Rhythm, personal style, and the Afro-American roots of swing dance.

VENUES

PASSES & PRICING

  • Full Pass – Lindy Hop (1895 SEK): Includes 9 hours of Lindy Hop classes, 2 solo classes, and all three evening parties.
  • Full Pass – Solo Jazz (1895 SEK): Includes 9 hours of Intermediate/Advanced solo jazz classes and all three evening parties.
  • Party Pass (895 SEK): Access to the Friday party, Saturday party, and Sunday Tea Dance.
  • Single Night Pass (395 SEK): Entry for either Friday or Saturday night.

  • Lindy Hop Level 1: Improver
  • Lindy Hop Level 2: Intermediate
  • Lindy Hop Level 3: Intermediate/Advanced+
  • Solo Jazz: Intermediate/Advanced
