Monday Night Swing at Smålands Nation 10/10

Tonights swing thing is moved to Smålands Nation and i honor of that all Smålands Members get free entrance this evening from 20.00.

You are always welcome regerades of age, dance ability and if you are a student or not.

We’re usually in Gasquesalen at Kårhuset but we move to Smålands the following dates

Welcome to a relaxed and welcoming social dance every Monday Lund. Our swing DJs play very danceable swing music while you dance. We mostly dance Lindy Hop but you can also find someone dancing Balboa and Collegiate Shag.

New to Lindy Hop? Just drop-in and we will have someone spend a song showing you a move or two…. Also checkout our beginners’ weekends!

Lindy Hop

Lindy Hop is an African American street swing jazz dance. It evolved from many other dances in the late 1920s and early 1930s in Harlem, New York.
It is a partner dance usually done to swing jazz music and it is one of the most improvisational, fun and expressive partner dances around.
