DESCRIPTION:Lindy Hop Aerials\, Beginners Workshop with LinaMaria and Mattias! \nEnglish below\, \nWorkshopen omfattar åtta timmars undervisning under två dagar och kommer att ta upp grundläggande teknik (hållning\, timing\, landning\, uppvärmning etc.) för att arbeta med aerials. \nFlera enkla\, men effektfulla\, aerials ingår men även mer avancerade aerials att arbeta vidare med efter helgen. \nKursen riktar sig till främst till akrobatiknybörjare men även par med tidigare erfarenhet är välkomna att repetera och jobba vidare med de mer avancerade aerialsen. Aerials passar däremot väldigt bra på uppvisningar\, i jam circles eller vid sidan av dansgolvet! \n\nThe workshop includes eight hours of teaching over two days and will cover basic techniques (stance\, timing\, landing\, warm-up\, etc.) for working with aerials.\nSeveral simple\, but effective\, aerials are included but also more advanced air aerials to work on after the weekend. \nThe course is aimed at aerial beginners\, but couples with previous experience are also welcome to rehearse and take part in the more advanced aerials. This depends on the interest so make sure to mark this in the registration form if you’d like to kick off the weekend early. \nWhat is Blues Dancing?\nBlues dancing is not just one single dance; it is a soulful family of vernacular dances with deep roots in African American culture and history. Unlike dances that rely on rigid patterns\, Blues is built on connection\, improvisation\, and a raw conversation with the music. \nIt is a dance of contrasts: it can be grounded and powerful\, or soft and intimate. It ranges from the rhythmic energy of a “Juke Joint” style to the elegant\, flowing movement of “Blues Ballroom.” At its heart\, Blues is about feeling the groove rather than just memorizing steps.
