Welcome to Cats’ Corners swingin\u2019 Wednesdays\u2019 at Moriska Paviljongen. The evening kicks off with a beginners’ Tap Dance class at 8 pm and continues with a swinging social dance in Morsikans grand ballroom at 7.45 pm.<\/p>\n

\n– Ballroom door fee: 70kr, 50kr for Cats’ Corner members*

### TAP DANCE
\nTap dance is a form of dance characterized by using the sounds of tap shoes striking the floor as a form of percussion. The sound is made by shoes that have a metal ”tap” on the heel and toe. There are several major variations on tap dance including: rhythm (jazz) tap, classical tap, Broadway tap, and post-modern tap.

\nThe main dance on Wednesdays\u2019 is Lindy Hop, a swing dance originating in the 30-40s in Harlem, NY. But you are always welcome to dance whatever you like or just hang out
