Vi vill skapa m\u00f6ten, bygga broar, inspirera och om inget annat ge dig en riktigt kul taster som du inte vill missa.<br \/>\nGenom att utforska olika, b\u00e5de nutida och historiska danser inom samma kultur f\u00e5r du en st\u00f6rre f\u00f6rst\u00e5else f\u00f6r den egna dansen&#8230;..<\/p>\n<p>Cats&#8217; Corner hostar den f\u00f6rsta tastern &#8221;Streetdance och dess nycklar till improvisation&#8221;  med Theresa som d\u00e5 h\u00e5lls som del av socialdansen den 15 maj kl 20-21 i spegelsalen p\u00e5 Moriskan<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/655qqt1fB9k?si=tc_TiMQ-jvH_hP4V\">https:\/\/youtu.be\/655qqt1fB9k?si=tc_TiMQ-jvH_hP4V<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Theresa Tr3sa Gustavsson startade sitt arbete inom streetdance scenen 2005 och har sedan dess deltagit i battles, undervisat samt arrangerat ett fyrtio tal event, ett flertal f\u00f6rest\u00e4llningar och grupper. Bland annat popping showgruppen ATATA, locking gruppen What came out of the Mothership och All style crewet Swedish Family som reste runt i Europa och battlade och gjorde stort avtryck 2012-2016. Theresa har f\u00f6rdjupat sig inom ett flertal dansstilar som h\u00f6r till ben\u00e4mningen Streetdance och bl.a. bott i NYC och studerat p\u00e5 \u00c5sa folkh\u00f6gskola. Hon undervisar i och jobbar konstn\u00e4rligt med stilarna Hiphop, Locking, Popping och House, ut\u00f6ver det \u00e4r hennes intresse starkt f\u00f6r olika kulturers folkdanser och hon har spenderat mycket tid p\u00e5 researchresor runt om i v\u00e4rlden, vilket syns i hennes uttryck.<\/p>\n<p>Sedan 2019 \u00e4r Theresa baserad i Malm\u00f6 och h\u00e5ller sina egna klasser p\u00e5 Danscentrum Syd, \u00e4r aktuell som dansare, koreograf och producent f\u00f6r f\u00f6rest\u00e4llningen \u201cYEBO YES!\u201d, under h\u00f6sten 2023 koreograferade hon breaking f\u00f6rest\u00e4llningen &#8221;Open doors&#8221; anlitad p\u00e5 uppdrag av Breaking Association Malm\u00f6, samt f\u00f6rdjupar sig i sitt egna projekt \u201cBody Mechanics in Groove and Rhythm\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cF\u00f6r mig \u00e4r och g\u00f6r Hiphop kulturen ett starkt community arbete, vilket \u00e4r n\u00e5got som jag v\u00e4rderar h\u00f6gt. Det handlar otroligt mycket om gemensamhet men \u00e4ven individuellt uttryck och att st\u00e5 upp f\u00f6r sig sj\u00e4lv och andra. F\u00f6rst\u00e5else f\u00f6r kulturen, dess historia, uppkomst och sociala betydelse \u00e4r viktigt f\u00f6r mig, vilket ocks\u00e5 lett till att jag f\u00f6rdjupat mig i ett flertal andra kulturella danstilar som berett v\u00e4gen f\u00f6r och \u00e4r r\u00f6tterna till hiphopens utveckling.<\/p>\n<p>Personligen fascineras jag av kroppens mekanik och motorik och jag gillar att utmana kroppskontrollen. Jag jobbar med freestyle och eget uttryck som grundm\u00e5l i min undervisning. Med hj\u00e4lp av olika metoder, \u00f6vningar, koncept utforskar och arbetar jag med olika grundtekniker som h\u00f6r till de olika stilarna, detta parallellt med grundsteg f\u00f6r att ha en grundligt &#8221;ordf\u00f6rr\u00e5d&#8221; att arbeta utifr\u00e5n. Freestyle \u00e4r att uttrycka sig i stunden och f\u00f6r mig \u00e4r alltid m\u00e5let att f\u00f6rmedla verktyg f\u00f6r att ge deltagarna m\u00f6jligheten att hitta v\u00e4gen till att vara s\u00e5 \u00e4rliga som m\u00f6jligt i sitt egna uttryck.\u201d<\/p>\n<h3>LINDY HOP<\/h3>\n<p>The main dance on Wednesdays\u2019 is Lindy Hop, a swing dance originating in the 30-40s in Harlem, NY.
