Welcome to Cats’ Corners swingin\u2019 Wednesday Night Hop at Moriska Paviljongen. The evening includes a beginners’ Blues class at 8 pm which continues with a Blues social dance. At the same time the swingin social dance in Morsikans grand ballroom starts at 7.45 pm!<\/p>\n

LINDY HOP
\nThe main dance on Wednesdays\u2019 is Lindy Hop, a swing dance originating in the 30-40s in Harlem, NY. But you are always welcome to dance whatever you like or just hang out

BLUES
\nPrecis som all annan swingdans f\u00f6ddes bluesdansen ur afrikanska rytmer och r\u00f6relser. Bluesdansar g\u00f6r man till l\u00e5ngsam musik med mycket k\u00e4nsla – blues helt enkelt. K\u00e4nslan \u00e4r viktigast, stegen \u00e4r sekund\u00e4ra. Blues \u00e4r en mer intim dans som h\u00f6r hemma i r\u00f6kiga juke joints och p\u00e5 sena efterfester.

CATS’ CORNER
\nCats’ Corner is a non-profit dance organisation from Malm\u00f6. Our main focus is Lindy Hop, but we gladly also dance Charleston, Balboa, Shag, Blues, Authentic Jazz and other Swing dances.
