DESCRIPTION:Har du sett dansare göra häftiga lyft och tänkt “det där vill jag testa”? Nu har du chansen!\nhttps://www.heptown.com/sv/lindy-hop-aerials/#video \nLinaMaria Bengtsson och Mattias Bruzelius undervisar i svängig och rolig partner-dansakrobatik med fokus på Lindy Hop Aerials sk Airsteps\, t.ex. lyft\, kast eller hopp tillsammans med en partner. Kurserna för vuxna (över 15 år) riktar sig både till redan inbitna swingdansare och andra dansare som vill utöka repertoaren med tricks att implementera i sin egen dans\, samt den som helt enkelt  ha en rolig och fysiskt utmanande träningsform i ett avslappnat och välkomnande sammanhang. Du behöver inte vara dansare ännu\, då vi vid dessa kurstillfällen fokuserar på akrobatiken. \nNär? 5 Torsdagar 8/5\, 15/5\, 22/5\, 29/5\, 5/6 kl 18.15-19.45 med en timmes efterföljande öppen träning med möjlighet att fortsätta stretcha eller testa att inkorporera nya moves i dansen. Observera att insläpp sker 18.00-18.15\, sedan stängs dörren. \nVar?  I Cirkushallen på Stenkrossen i Lund\, Kastanjegatan 13 \nHur? All träning sker med samma partner så anmäl dig tillsammans med en träningskompis. Glöm inte bekväma kläder\, dansskor om du vill träna på golvet på den öppna träningen efter kurs (inga skor är tillåtna på mattan under kurs)\, vattenflaska och egna snacks vid behov. \nPå fortsättningskursen är det bra om du har gått nybörjarkursen eller någon av våra Aerialshelger tidigare\, eller har erfarenhet av akrobatik från annat håll.
