Du anmäler dig med en fast partner och bestämmer inbördes i förväg vem som ska föra och vem som ska följa under kursen. \nOm vädret tillåter kommer vi att vara utomhus på utedansbanan och annars inomhus i Gamla Skolan. Golvet är träplankgolv och du har med fördel låga bekväma skor med sula som glider\, tex skinnsula. \nVattenpump med dricksvatten och utedass finnes och efter kursen får man gärna fortsätta dansa en stund på dansbanan eller grilla medhavd grillmat efter eget tycke. Egen lunch och fika medtages. \nYnglingarum 6130 har postadress 24373 Tjörnarp men ligger strax utanför Häglinge i Hässleholms kommun. DESCRIPTION:The course is open to everyone but this particular course has bigger youth and student discounts \nMandatory registration:\nRegistration for this weekend opens at non on the 11th of June \nDue to covid-19\,\nwe limit the number of participants to a maximum of 40 people and skip the normally mandatory change of partners. You should of course stay at home and let us know if you have the slightest cold symptoms or the like which can be a sign of covid-19. You will then get your course fee as a credit to be used for a later course. \nDancing in the age of corona? \n \nDo you like to dance or would you like to know how? Does “gangster swing” and “updated retro coolness” sound interesting? Then HepTown’s beginners Lindy Hop weekend workshop in Lund is the thing for you! \nOur introductory course is for those who have no knowledge of Lindy Hop\, or took a couple of courses a long time ago and need to brush up the basics again. \nYou will learn different basic steps\, the most common figures and basic leading/following techniques. The aim of the introductory course is to enable you to dance with the rest of us during social dance nights. \nThe workshop is a two-day introduction to this cool thing called Swing. We promise a workout worth a fitness centre combined with more fun than you’ve had for weeks. Close to “Kallis”. \nSTAY HYDRATED\nBring your own water bottle that can be refilled outside the toilets. \nSWING DANCE TASTER CLASS\nThe evenings used to always start with a short taster class in Lindy Hop aka jitterbug\, an African American couple dance from the ’30s Harlem and we might still do this in the evenings in August but without rotating partners. Most other evenings we will teach Tap or Authentic jazz solo dance classes instead. SUMMARY:40-talshelg på Fredriksdal
DESCRIPTION:I fjol var det 75 år sedan kriget tog slut. När passar det bättre att fira det än under demokratins år 2021? Under två dagar i augusti blir Fredriksdal 1940-tal med levande historiegestaltare\, musik och föredrag. Möt amerikanska soldater\, britter\, fransmän\, beredskapssoldater mfl.\nI år är helgen restriktionsanpassad och grupperna är utspridda över ett större område än tidigare år. \nUnder åren mellan 1939 och 1945 pågick Andra världskriget. Finland var involverad i strider mot Sovjetunionen. Danmark och\n Norge ockuperades av tyska trupper. Flyktingar tog sig över sundet i hemmagjorda båtar tillverkade av brädlappar och tyg. Över sundet transporterades tyska soldater på väg mot Norge. Barn och vuxna vaknade på nätterna och hörde allierade bombplan på väg mot mål på Tyskt territorium.\nEn dramatisk tid när demokrati och fred försvarades av kvinnor\, män och barn i de ockuperade länderna\, MOTSTÅNDSRÖRELSE.\nUnder två dagar har du chans att få uppleva en liten del av detta.\nDå det gäller levandegörande av historia tänker många på vikingatid och medeltid men på Fredriksdal 21-22 augusti har ni möjlighet att få träffa historiska återskapare som gestaltar soldater och civila under 1940-talet. Missa inte möjligheten att lyssna på musiken\, prata med deltagarna och ta del av deras kunskaper. Känn lukten och hör ljuden. \nNaturligtvis blir inte helgen som den brukar\, deltagarna kommer att vara lite färre\, lite mer utspridda och det sker inte lika mycket men tillsammans skapar vi en känsla av 1940-talet trots situationen med ständigt nya förändringar i restriktionerna kring Covid 19.

DESCRIPTION:The course is open to everyone but this particular course has bigger youth and student discounts. \nDo you like to dance or would you like to know how? Does “gangster swing” and “updated retro coolness” sound interesting? Then HepTown’s beginners Lindy Hop weekend workshop in Malmö is the thing for you! \nOur introductory course is for those who have no knowledge of Lindy Hop\, or took a couple of courses a long time ago and need to brush up the basics again. \nYou will learn different basic steps\, the most common figures and basic leading/following techniques. The aim of the introductory course is to enable you to dance with the rest of us during social dance nights. \nThe workshop is a two-day introduction to this cool thing called Swing. We promise a workout worth a fitness centre combined with more fun than you’ve had for weeks. But be warned – it’s addictive… \nDue to covid-19\,\nwe limit the number of participants to a maximum of 36 people and skip the normally mandatory change of partners. You should of course stay at home and let us know if you have the slightest cold symptoms or the like which can be a sign of covid-19.
