DESCRIPTION:Yes\, HepTown and Visit Lund invites you to swing in the park every Wednesday from the 16th of June  to the 4th of August. \nWe take this opportunity to work on our solo swing dance. An important and fun part of becoming an excellent Lindy Hopper. \nHOURS\n\nOpen: 18.30 – 21.00\nCost: Free*\nEasy solo dance class: Shim Sham\, 18:30-19:20\nChallenging solo danse class: Shim Sham Styling\, 19:30-20:30 \nTeacher: t.b.a\nSwing DJ: 20.30-21:00**\nSchedule: bit.ly/swingitp\n\n*As part of Sommarlund this is a free event but you are very welcome to support us by becoming a HepCat member.  \nClub HepCat Member \n \n** For the swing DJ set you are welcome to solo dance or social dance with 1 fixed partner. No switching partners until most of us are vaccinated. \nIn the autumn\, when we are vaccinated\, we will go back to the normal state where everyone just dances with everyone. \n50 PEOPLE LIMIT\nTo ensure that we are a maximum of 50 people inside the fences around the dance floor\, SommarLund has extra staff on site to hand out 50 tags (Dansband). When you go home (or take a longer break) you leave your tag which is then disinfected. There are extra tags to be handed out while the disinfected ones are left to dry. \nIS THIS REALLY A GOOD IDEA!?\nIt will not be business as usual. We strive to follow and surpass guidelines and recommendations. \nSome examples of measurements: \n\nMore authentic jazz solo dance classes instead of just coupled Lindy Hop.\nBeginners Lindy Hop without rotating partner.\nNo traditional social dance where everyone dances with everyone  \nFenced dance area with a limit of 50 people at once\n\nMORE THAN DANCING\nThis is also a good time to have picnic or barbecue while keeping good distance\, play some games or just lounging in the sun. \nLOCATION\nThe dance-floor will be located at Stadsparken in Lund.
