When you go home (or take a longer break) you leave your tag which is then disinfected. There are extra tags to be handed out while the disinfected ones are left to dry. \n### IS THIS REALLY A GOOD IDEA!?\n*It will not be business as usual. DESCRIPTION:Come fly with us! \nLinaMaria & Mattias together with Cats’ Corner\, Karavan and Swing Station presents Lindy Hop Aerials Workshop Spring 2020! \n23-24 of May will be two days of thrilling and challenging aerial adventures together with LinaMaria & Mattias in the safe environment of Karavan. \nThe workshop includes 8 hours of teaching during Saturday & Sunday with a nice long lunch break 12.30-14.00. We will talk about basic techniques (posture\, timing\, landing\, warm up\, etc) and go through some of the basic aerials (air steps) common in lindy hop\, but also try some more advanced once individually based on the experience and ambitions of the participating couples. For the couples with previous experience of aerials we will put the aerials into small routines. \nWorkshopen omfattar åtta timmars undervisning under två dagar och kommer att ta upp grundläggande teknik (hållning\, timing\, landning\, uppvärmning etc.) för att arbeta med aerials och få in det i sin dans. Flera enkla\, effektfulla\, aerials ingår samt mer avancerade aerials att arbeta vidare med efter helgen\, allt beroende på nivå och intresse hos deltagarna. För de par som har tidigare erfarenhet av aerials kommer vi jobba med att arbeta in materialet i små rutiner. \nAlla\, nybörjare som erfarna\, är välkomna att repetera samt ta del av de mer avancerade aerialsen.
