DESCRIPTION:Come fly with us! \nLinaMaria & Mattias together with Cats’ Corner\, Karavan and Swing Station presents Lindy Hop Aerials Workshop! \n25-26 May will be two days of thrilling and challenging aerial adventures together with LinaMaria & Mattias in the safe environment of Karavans new studio.  \nThe workshop includes 8 hours of teaching during Saturday & Sunday with a nice long lunch break 12.30-14.00. We will talk about basic techniques (posture\, timing\, landing\, warm up\, etc) and go through some of the basic aerials (air steps) common in lindy hop\, but also try some more advanced ones individually based on the experience and ambitions of the participating couples.  \nWorkshopen omfattar åtta timmars undervisning under två dagar och kommer att ta upp grundläggande teknik (hållning\, timing\, landning\, uppvärmning etc.) för att arbeta med aerials och få in det i sin dans.
