In the those scenes mainly young people in their 20s are partying and dancing at a jazz club. The level of the dancers may vary a lot. Quite a few may be totally new to Lindy hop\, but you should be comfortable with dancing in a big crowd in front of a camera. \nThe film series “De Forbandede år” have been a big success in Denmark and takes place during World war II. It evolves around the danish family Skov and their lives during the war. The third movie\, which is now casting extras\, takes place in 1947 in the aftermath of the war. \nOn the 7th of april Carl Moberg\, extras supervisor and Lindy dancer himself\, will attend the weekly Heptown social dance in Kårhuset in Lund (kl 20-22)\, to present the whole thing in further detail and answers questions. It can be lifts\, throws & jumps that you do together with a partner. This weekend bootcamp is for grown ups (+15) and meant for both Lindy Hop dancers and other dancers who want to learn new tricks to use in their own dancing\, aswell as those who just want a fun form of physical training in a welcoming and relaxed environment. You don´t need to be a Lindy Hop dancer yet\, since we will focus on the acrobatics. \nWhen? Saturday 12/4 and Sunday 13/4 kl 11.00 -16.00 The doors will open 15 min before and close when first class starts. You don’t have to have tried Lindy Hop Aerials before\, but we promise that you will still get a lot out of it if you have. Participation is at everybody´s own risk and responsibility.
