We promise a workout that beats the gym\, combined with more fun than you’ve had in weeks! \n\nWhat is Lindy Hop?\nLindy Hop is the “mother of all swing dances.” It’s a joyful\, improvisational partner dance born at the Savoy Ballroom in Harlem during the late 1920s. It’s a mix of jazz\, Charleston\, and tap\, known for its energy and rhythm.
